Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager to lead our online presence and brand positioning within the fast‑growing food & dessert sector. This role will be pivotal in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with millennial and Gen‑Z consumers, driving both brand awareness and sales across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate combines a solid foundation in marketing theory with hands‑on experience in social media, content creation, and data‑driven strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and seasonal product launches.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity.
- Write persuasive copy for ads, posts, newsletters, and product descriptions, optimizing for SEO and platform algorithms.
- Oversee basic photography and videography of food and dessert items, perform light editing, and collaborate with external agencies for high‑end productions when needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), using insights to refine tactics.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including product development, sales, and customer service—to ensure campaigns are synchronized with inventory, promotions, and customer feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, negotiate with media vendors, and allocate spend across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Mentor junior marketers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and advertising standards in all public communications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; preference for D3 or S1 in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the food & beverage (F&B) or dessert industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create viral social media content and a deep understanding of platform‑specific best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing compelling storytelling and brand‑centric messaging.
- Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Rush) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proactive mindset, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
