Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Staff SPG/SPB for the Bengkulu area. This frontline retail position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving store traffic, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidates will represent our brand with a professional appearance, engage shoppers, and contribute to the overall growth of our retail network.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly, providing product information and answering inquiries.
  • Demonstrate and promote merchandise, highlighting features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Actively upsell and cross‑sell to increase average transaction value.
  • Maintain an inviting store layout by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring visual standards are met.
  • Attract new visitors through proactive outreach, in‑store events, and personal invitations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the merchandising team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless store operations and a cohesive team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and store safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21‑28 years old, with a maximum limit of 28.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail or sales role.
  • Polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
