Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing product information and answering inquiries.
- Demonstrate and promote merchandise, highlighting features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Actively upsell and cross‑sell to increase average transaction value.
- Maintain an inviting store layout by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring visual standards are met.
- Attract new visitors through proactive outreach, in‑store events, and personal invitations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the merchandising team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless store operations and a cohesive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and store safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21‑28 years old, with a maximum limit of 28.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail or sales role.
- Polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
