Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Participate in regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Support special events, in‑store promotions, and seasonal campaigns as required.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old (maximum age may be adjusted per local labor regulations).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance with a neat and tidy uniform.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Jatiasih outlet and adapt to a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or a willingness to learn them quickly.
