Responsibilities
- Develop original ideas and content strategies that align with the brand’s voice, target audience, and business objectives.
- Produce high‑quality photos, short‑form videos, reels, stories, and copy for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, Photoshop, etc.) to enhance visual appeal and ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely publication according to the agreed timeline.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to integrate campaign themes, product launches, and promotional offers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; generate weekly reports and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features; proactively suggest innovative formats or challenges.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content, fostering a positive brand reputation.
- Assist in budgeting for paid social initiatives, including influencer collaborations and sponsored content when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse of visual resources.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or higher (D3/S1) in any discipline; a background in communications, media, or design is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience creating social media content for brands or agencies.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to spot and act on trending topics quickly.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and strong personal brand, reflecting the company’s values.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
