Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our dynamic retail team in West Jakarta as a Store Owner/Manager. Responsibilities
- Process cash and non‑cash sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Operate and troubleshoot the cash register and POS hardware, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and organizing merchandise.
- Arrange product displays, restock shelves, and create eye‑catching visual merchandising layouts that align with seasonal promotions.
- Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive service to each customer, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory checks, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to senior management.
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Monitor sales trends, suggest promotional activities, and contribute ideas for increasing average transaction value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or part‑time assistants, fostering a cohesive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience and fit).
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred to align with our current store demographic focus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to retail or customer service is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate POS systems, handle cash, and manage basic inventory software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and a friendly demeanor.
- Personal Traits: High level of integrity, reliability, and a keen eye for detail in store presentation.
