Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Staff Outlet Sales and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic retail team. This role is pivotal in delivering a memorable shopping experience, supporting daily outlet operations, and upholding the brand’s reputation for quality and service excellence. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting directly with customers, handling transactions, and ensuring the outlet remains clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a warm and professional attitude, promptly addressing inquiries and providing product recommendations.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire purchase cycle, including order taking, payment processing, and product hand‑over, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the outlet, following the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) for hygiene, display arrangement, and safety.
  • Prepare products or services according to SOP guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, report low‑stock items, and support the replenishment process to prevent stock‑outs.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve operational issues, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive team atmosphere.
  • Operate within a shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Utilize basic administrative skills—such as record‑keeping, data entry, and reporting—to support outlet management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal development, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 25 years old; no upper age limit for experience‑based candidates.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in retail, food & beverage (F&B), or a customer‑service oriented role; experience in a similar outlet environment is a strong advantage.
  • Key Skills: Strong verbal communication, friendly demeanor, attention to detail, basic administrative abilities, and proficiency in handling POS systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Team player, disciplined, responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 – 17:00, with shift rotation that may include weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg), and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
