Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Keamanan Toko Ritel to join our fast‑growing retail family. This role is based in a bustling urban outlet that serves a diverse customer base, offering both convenience items and freshly prepared meals. As a front‑line team member, you will ensure a safe shopping environment, deliver friendly service, and assist in basic food preparation. Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales floor and store entrances to prevent theft, maintain order, and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and guide them to products or services they need.
- Prepare and fry breaded chicken, and assemble chicken geprek dishes following standardized recipes and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and keeping the food preparation area sanitary.
- Assist with basic inventory checks, restocking shelves, and reporting low‑stock items to the supervisor.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems when needed, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions covering safety protocols, food handling, and customer service excellence.
- Work two 8‑hour shifts (morning and afternoon) with a guaranteed weekly day off.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- Basic ability to follow recipes, handle kitchen equipment safely, and maintain food hygiene.
