Responsibilities

- Serve dishes and drinks, check in with guests throughout the meal to address any additional needs, and handle any concerns promptly.
- Process payments using POS systems, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing, assist with side‑dish preparation when needed, and ensure food safety standards are upheld.
- Work efficiently during peak hours, managing multiple tables while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Participate in regular briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
