Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor guests’ needs throughout their visit, promptly addressing any requests, concerns, or special dietary requirements.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and uphold quality control.
- Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and ensure accurate billing while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by local regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in inventory checks of tableware, linens, and service supplies, reporting shortages to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑35 years (maximum 35 years).

- At least 0‑2 years of experience in the kitchen or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector; prior waitstaff experience is highly valued.
- Demonstrated reliability, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to convey menu details clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Must not be currently enrolled in full‑time university studies.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
