Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan (Satpam) – Morning Shift to join our professional security team. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, physically fit individual who can uphold the safety and security standards of our client facilities from 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesday through Sunday. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or breaches of security protocols.
- Control and verify entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access.
- Maintain vigilance over fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and alarm systems, reporting any malfunction immediately.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including alarms, disturbances, or medical emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident and activity reports at the end of each shift, documenting observations, actions taken, and any recommendations for improvement.
- Enforce the company’s security policies, the “Janji Satpam,” and the guiding principles of security personnel, acting as a role model for professionalism.
- Assist in crowd management during events, deliveries, and peak visitor times, ensuring orderly flow and compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in regular briefings and debriefings with supervisors to stay updated on site-specific risks and procedural changes.
- Maintain a clean and organized security post, including the proper storage of equipment such as radios, flashlights, and first‑aid kits.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors, answering queries and offering directions when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a security guard.
- Active Security Certificate (Gada Pratama) and valid KTA (Security ID Card).
- Clear understanding of security duties, including the “tupoksi,” the “Janji Satpam,” and core guiding principles.
- Physically and mentally fit, with a recent health certificate from a licensed physician confirming freedom from COVID‑19.
- Free from any history of drug use (NARKOBA) and possessing a clean police record (SKCK) issued by POLRI.
- No visible body piercings or tattoos that conflict with company dress code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate security situations quickly and effectively.
- Basic self‑defense (beladiri) knowledge is an advantage.
