Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Banking (Area Jember) to join our growing team. Based in the vibrant city of Jember, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our motor vehicle financing and refinancing portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for motor vehicle financing products and refinancing facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Guide prospective borrowers through the credit application process, gathering required documentation and conducting thorough eligibility assessments.
  • Perform detailed credit analysis, evaluating borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and risk factors in accordance with the bank’s underwriting policies.
  • Monitor the performance of approved loans, ensuring repayment schedules are met and taking proactive measures to mitigate delinquency.
  • Collaborate closely with the risk management, operations, and product development teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact product positioning.
  • Participate in community outreach and financial education events to enhance brand visibility and promote responsible borrowing.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in banking sales, credit analysis, or a comparable financial services role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of credit risk assessment and loan structuring.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with banking software platforms.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
