This full‑time position is based at a busy building‑materials supermarket in the Depo Bagoes Celuk area of Gianyar, offering a vibrant environment where you will engage directly with retail partners and end‑customers. Responsibilities
- Actively promote, demonstrate, and sell water pump products to both store staff and walk‑in consumers.
- Explain technical features and benefits in clear, non‑technical language to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department heads, and key decision‑makers to secure prime shelf placement.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, coordinate restocking with warehouse teams, and ensure product availability at all times.
- Maintain a visually appealing product display, including arranging promotional signage, arranging demo units, and keeping the area tidy.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide after‑sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on sales performance, stock movements, and market feedback for management review.
- Travel within a defined radius using a personal motorcycle to visit nearby retail outlets, conduct product trainings, and gather competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting water pump usage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male, age between 19 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in hardware, home improvement, or water‑related equipment.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license for local commuting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing sales targets and market conditions.
- Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools, such as mobile POS apps, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
- Organizational skills for accurate record‑keeping, reporting, and inventory management.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
