Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – NOO Freezer to join our growing team in Bandung Barat. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our 7Cosia freezer line, building relationships with retail stores, school canteens, and neighborhood shops. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new outlet opportunities for the installation of 7Cosia freezers, expanding market presence in the Bandung Barat region.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and prepare tailored proposals for retailers, school canteens, and small‑scale merchants.
- Schedule and execute regular store visits in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring product visibility and optimal placement.
- Maintain accurate visit logs and submit detailed reports through the company’s CRM system, adhering to reporting deadlines.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, tracking performance against key metrics.
- Collaborate with the logistics and installation teams to coordinate timely delivery and setup of freezers at customer locations.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and product updates to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share insights from the field, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 25 and 45 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience; prior experience selling NOO Freezers or similar refrigeration equipment is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a personal two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel to client sites.
- Smartphone with at least 2 GB RAM to run sales and reporting apps efficiently.
- Deep familiarity with the Bandung Barat area, including key retail clusters and school districts.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet quantitative sales targets.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create compelling sales presentations.
- Strong customer‑orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 17:00.
