Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and national regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of security personnel, scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to ensure a high level of vigilance.
- Conduct regular security patrols across the facility, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions promptly.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk management policies, including emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and incident reporting protocols.
- Perform thorough investigations of security incidents, documenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external law‑enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency services as required.
- Provide training and mentorship to security staff on topics such as crowd control, conflict de‑escalation, and first‑aid basics.
- Maintain accurate records of access logs, visitor registrations, and equipment inspections.
- Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control systems) is functional and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular safety drills and communicating best practices to all employees.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on security activities, risk assessments, and key performance indicators for executive review.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 20‑30 years.
- Must be a practicing Muslim, able to read the Qur’an, and observe the five daily prayers.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama certificate.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle demanding situations.
- Prior experience in security supervision or related fields is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and integrity.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and record‑keeping.
