Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Marketing dan Pengembangan Bisnis to join our growing salon network. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that highlight our salon services, seasonal promotions, and new product lines.
- Manage and grow the salon’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design and implement in‑store promotional events, loyalty programs, and referral incentives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in beauty, wellness, and consumer behavior, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and local businesses to expand brand reach and drive foot traffic to our locations.
- Provide hands‑on support in delivering facial, massage, and creambath services when needed, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend adjustments to pricing, service packages, or marketing tactics.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance at all times, representing the brand’s image to clients and prospects.
- Work within a rotating shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) to ensure coverage during peak salon hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; a polished and attractive personal appearance is essential.
- At least 0‑2 years of direct experience working in a salon environment, with practical knowledge of facial, massage, and creambath techniques.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion and customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, courteous, and highly communicative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of hair styling and grooming concepts (Seni Menata Rambut) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends, to meet client demand.
