Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment according to health‑code standards.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing and plating non‑halal dishes, ensuring that all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Support front‑of‑house operations by promptly clearing tables, resetting settings, and responding to guest inquiries with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes, contributing to the restaurant’s sustainability initiatives.
- Perform routine inventory checks of cleaning supplies and kitchen linens, reporting shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Operate under high‑pressure conditions during peak service periods while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards for speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age 35 years or younger.
- No prior experience required – we welcome enthusiastic newcomers willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
- Willingness to handle non‑halal food preparation and dishwashing responsibilities.
