Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen operations team as Anggota Tim Dapur (Operasional Dapur). This position is vital to ensuring that our culinary service runs smoothly, delivering high‑quality dishes to our guests while maintaining strict standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency. The role is open to candidates of any gender who hold at least a D3/D4 qualification and are ready to work in a fast‑paced environment from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper storage temperatures and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, sous‑chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing of dishes during service.
- Assist in menu planning by providing feedback on ingredient availability and preparation feasibility.
- Handle high‑volume periods and peak service times while maintaining composure and accuracy.
- Document daily production logs, equipment maintenance reports, and any incidents that occur.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cooking techniques, safety standards, and kitchen technology.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- At least 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen environment.
