Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Facebook service desk in handling user inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to monitor platform performance, report incidents, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Participate in daily briefings, sharing observations and learning points to foster continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation and updating of knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in regular training sessions to build technical proficiency and soft‑skill capabilities.
  • Adhere to the established work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be prepared for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by identifying recurring issues and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction through courteous, empathetic, and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Recent graduates or individuals at the start of their career (typically up to 24 years old).
