We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter – Front of House Service Professional to join our vibrant dining team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on seasonal specials.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and manage any special dietary requests.
  • Maintain clean and organized service stations, set tables according to the restaurant’s standards, and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, attend training sessions, and stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and health‑safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members, supporting shift changes and assisting with night‑time duties such as table clearing, polishing silverware, and resetting the dining area.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s dress code and personal grooming standards, presenting a polished and welcoming appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to all local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, physically fit and mentally resilient.
  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑of‑house or waiter role.
  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Strong communication skills with a courteous and friendly attitude.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Presentable appearance; candidates with a particularly attractive presentation are preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
  • Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
