Responsibilities

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and manage any special dietary requests.
- Maintain clean and organized service stations, set tables according to the restaurant’s standards, and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, attend training sessions, and stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and health‑safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, supporting shift changes and assisting with night‑time duties such as table clearing, polishing silverware, and resetting the dining area.
- Uphold the restaurant’s dress code and personal grooming standards, presenting a polished and welcoming appearance at all times.
- Adhere to all local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- Male candidate, physically fit and mentally resilient.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑of‑house or waiter role.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong communication skills with a courteous and friendly attitude.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability.
- Presentable appearance; candidates with a particularly attractive presentation are preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
