Introduction
PT. Cakrawala Semesta Mandiri (CSM) in partnership with J&T Express is urgently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our growing team as Kurir Motor (Motorcycle Courier) for the Bondowoso and Tuban regions. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary package, especially attractive during the upcoming 9.9 recruitment event. No prior delivery experience is required – the most important qualities are a serious attitude, willingness to work, and a valid motorbike.
The role is based in Tuban and its surrounding areas, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Candidates will be directly contacted via WhatsApp at 0816‑1501‑2324 (Pak Suga) for immediate interview arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from designated J&T Express hubs and deliver them promptly to customers within the assigned service area.
- Verify package labels, tracking numbers, and delivery instructions to ensure accuracy before each trip.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation while adhering to local traffic regulations.
- Maintain the condition of the motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, brakes, and safety equipment.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering inquiries and handling any delivery issues on the spot.
- Record delivery confirmations electronically using the J&T Express mobile application, including signatures or photo proof when required.
- Report any incidents, delays, or damaged parcels to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Assist with occasional on‑site sorting or loading of packages at the depot, especially during peak periods.
- Uphold company standards for safety, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license for motor vehicles (SIM C).
- Own or be able to operate a reliable motorcycle suitable for daily deliveries.
- No prior courier experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly demeanor toward customers.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for handling delivery documentation and using mobile apps.
- Physical stamina to load and unload parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and willingness to attend periodic training sessions.
