Introduction

We are a fast‑growing logistics and delivery service that connects merchants with customers across the region. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional Kantor (Office Operations Administrator) to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining seamless communication between the office, drivers, and bikers, while ensuring accurate financial reporting and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for Pick Up Order (PO) information, promptly forwarding details to drivers and bikers to ensure timely pickups.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports related to operational expenses, including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and courier allowances.
  • Handle cash handling duties such as deposits, petty cash reconciliation, and processing of payment transactions associated with shipments.
  • Assist drivers and bikers in generating accurate Delivery Record (DR) and Delivery Assignment (DA) manifests, guaranteeing proper documentation for every delivery run.
  • Monitor shipment status in real‑time, updating the system as drivers and bikers progress through their routes.
  • Identify and report any shipment issues—such as delays, damages, or customer complaints—to supervisors for swift resolution.
  • Track and reconcile Cash‑On‑Delivery (COD) collections carried by drivers and bikers, ensuring that amounts are correctly logged and deposited.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for all operational records, contracts, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to order office supplies and ensure that all operational tools (e.g., handheld devices, scanners) are functional.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding paperwork for new drivers and bikers, reinforcing company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the posting).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Proficient in office administration, strong command of Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
