We are expanding our presence in the Tapanuli Tengah region and are seeking a proactive Business Partner to join our field team. This role focuses on recruiting and supporting local mother‑partners, promoting Amartha’s financial products, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement and repayment cycles. The successful candidate will act as the vital link between the company’s strategic objectives and the grassroots community, helping drive sustainable growth and long‑term success for both Amartha and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard eligible mother‑partners (ibu mitra) throughout the Tapanuli Tengah area.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and eligibility assessments to determine loan suitability for each partner.
- Educate partners on Amartha’s suite of financial products, highlighting benefits, repayment terms, and risk management.
- Facilitate the loan application process, assisting partners with documentation, data entry, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely fund disbursement and monitor repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM system, and provide regular feedback on market conditions.
- Resolve partner inquiries, address payment issues, and act as a trusted advisor for financial literacy.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories, representing Amartha with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Support community‑building initiatives that align with Amartha’s mission of inclusive economic development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for field mobility and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on ethical engagement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and work independently in remote locations.
- Basic analytical abilities to assess partner creditworthiness and product fit.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for special events or training sessions.
- Commitment to being stationed in any area within the designated work region as required by operational needs.
