As a front‑line member of our service crew, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about dishes or beverages with confidence.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and confirm any special dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, maintaining proper presentation and adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the service, anticipate guests’ needs, and respond quickly to requests for refills, additional items, or assistance.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash and card payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring that all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift reports, and any ongoing training sessions to continually improve service quality.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger; applicants must be unmarried.
- Residence: Must live in Srono or surrounding neighborhoods.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong desire to work and develop a career in hospitality.
- Personal attributes: honesty, a bright smile, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
