Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Staff to join our dynamic corporate team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and file confidential correspondence, reports, and contracts using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain and update the company’s filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule conference rooms, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, responding to client inquiries with a professional, service‑oriented attitude.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and petty‑cash reconciliations, supporting the finance team with accurate data entry.
- Assist HR in onboarding new employees by preparing welcome packets, updating employee records, and arranging orientation sessions.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Generate routine performance dashboards and administrative reports for senior management.
- Support project teams with data collection, presentation preparation, and timeline tracking.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements to existing administrative workflows.
Requirements
