Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule daily posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Develop short‑form video concepts, script outlines, and storyboards that align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Film, edit, and publish on‑camera content, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in front of the lens.
- Utilize Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools to produce polished graphics, animations, and video clips.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates; prepare weekly performance reports for the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product teams to ensure that all content supports overall business objectives.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trending hashtags, and viral challenges to keep the brand relevant.
- Assist in the organization of live‑stream events or virtual launches, coordinating technical setup and on‑air moderation.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, tagging files for easy retrieval by the broader team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or personal projects.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook – including insights dashboards and advertising tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with hands‑on experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; comfortable collaborating across departments.
- Confidence to appear on camera, present ideas, and interact with followers live.
- Highly organized, able to meet daily content deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
