Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Lapangan to join our field operations team in the Sukabumi region. This role is pivotal for our organization’s credit collection and customer outreach initiatives, ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining strong relationships with clients across the area. As a field officer, you will represent our brand on the ground, applying legal knowledge and rapid adaptability to navigate diverse situations in a dynamic market.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, possess a valid motorcycle license, and have a solid understanding of local geography. You will collaborate closely with our central office, reporting daily activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of our collection strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for credit collection, verification of documents, and negotiation of repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, GPS‑tracked routes, and timely submission of reports through our mobile CRM platform.
- Identify and resolve disputes by applying basic legal credit knowledge and liaising with the legal department when necessary.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy while upholding company policies.
- Monitor and update the status of outstanding accounts, flagging high‑risk cases for senior review.
- Ensure safe handling of cash or electronic payment receipts, adhering to internal control procedures.
- Provide feedback on field‑level challenges, suggesting process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with regulatory changes and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 55 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, loan servicing, or a related role.
- Active SIM C and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Thorough knowledge of the Sukabumi city area and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer‑centric solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Basic proficiency in credit law (Hukum Kredit) and familiarity with collection software.
