Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and organized Staf Administrasi Perusahaan to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various administrative functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background, at least one year of relevant experience, and a strong aptitude for computer-based tasks and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file company documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain and update financial ledgers, expense reports, and budget spreadsheets using accounting software.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including email, phone calls, and physical mail, providing timely responses.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Support the human resources team by processing employee records, attendance sheets, and payroll inputs.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, place orders, and ensure proper storage and distribution.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents as requested.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of basic financial bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and expense tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
