Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Attendant Program Wellness Karyawan to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests to the wellness facilities, providing clear information about available programs and services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for spa treatments, fitness classes, and therapeutic sessions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of all wellness areas in accordance with hotel operational standards.
- Monitor guest feedback in real time, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues to management when necessary to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Document daily activities, usage statistics, and inventory levels using the hotel’s management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to create seamless guest experiences across departments.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of promotional materials for wellness packages and seasonal offers.
- Conduct basic health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest wellness trends, therapeutic techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our diverse guest profile.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; D3 or S1 in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Knowledge of hotel operational standards, especially those related to wellness and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service orientation and guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a polished, courteous manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Additional skill: Basic reflexology therapy knowledge is an advantage.
