We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Tim Penyedia Layanan WiFi to lead our field sales division. This pivotal role oversees a team of sales professionals, drives revenue growth, and ensures superior customer experiences across our Wi‑Fi service portfolio. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of a minimum of five field sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute area‑specific sales strategies, identifying high‑potential neighborhoods and commercial zones for Wi‑Fi expansion.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity; present insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards, stepping in to support closing activities when necessary.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product, technical, and support teams to drive service enhancements.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activity, and to provide on‑the‑spot coaching to sales staff.
- Maintain a personal vehicle for travel to client sites, team meetings, and regional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Maximum age of 42 years.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or similar telecommunications environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team of five or more members.
- Strong customer‑relationship management, sales administration, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English for report writing and stakeholder communication.
