This role is pivotal in ensuring that business channel orders are accurately captured, processed, and tracked through our lending platform. Responsibilities
The Administrator will be responsible for the end‑to‑end handling of business channel orders, from initial receipt to final credit approval communication. Core duties include:
- Promptly following up on inbound orders generated through various Business Channeling sources.
- Collecting, verifying, and entering complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system.
- Ensuring that all required documentation (identification, income proof, collateral details) is attached and correctly formatted.
- Conducting preliminary credit checks and aligning each application with the appropriate RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) or consumer grading outcome.
- Communicating approval status, conditions, or rejections to applicants in a clear, courteous manner.
- Coordinating with the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to dispatch and track field surveys for on‑site verification.
- Liaising with the Service Help Center (SHC) to resolve any pending issues related to the order lifecycle.
- Maintaining an audit‑ready log of all data entry activities and ensuring compliance with internal data‑security policies.
- Supporting the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and performance metric tracking.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following baseline criteria and demonstrate additional soft skills that enhance performance in a collaborative, results‑driven setting.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old, though exceptional candidates may be considered beyond this range.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable learning specialized software such as ACCTION.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure data integrity throughout the order pipeline.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with customers, survey teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrates honesty, respects confidentiality, and follows regulatory guidelines.
- Problem‑Solving: Proactively identifies bottlenecks and suggests process improvements.
- Team Orientation: Works well within cross‑functional teams, sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
