Responsibilities
- Conduct basic and advanced laboratory tests, including microbiological, chemical, and hematology examinations, following SOPs and quality‑assurance protocols.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and calibrations, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Record and interpret test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to senior analysts and project managers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, centrifuges, and PCR machines to guarantee optimal performance.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that all procedures meet ISO 17025 and local health authority requirements.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order consumables, and manage waste disposal in accordance with safety regulations.
- Engage in regular team meetings, offering insights on workflow optimization and project timelines.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client data and proprietary research information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Health Analysis, Medical Laboratory Technology (ATLM), or a related field.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for laboratory professionals.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory examinations and familiarity with standard analytical equipment.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and professionalism in previous work or academic settings.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary groups.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Residence in Pasuruan or surrounding areas, or willingness to relocate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
