Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Penagih Lapangan Wilayah Jabodetabek (Field Collector for the Greater Jakarta area) to join our growing collections team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health of our portfolio by ensuring timely repayment from corporate borrowers who have fallen behind on their installment schedules. The successful candidate will operate across the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi regions, conducting on‑site visits, managing documentation, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to corporate customers experiencing delayed payments, verifying their financial status and identifying obstacles to repayment.
- Prepare, dispatch, and follow up on formal collection letters and notices in accordance with contractual agreements and regulatory standards.
- Execute the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for debt recovery, including negotiation of repayment plans, restructuring proposals, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and submit detailed reports to the Collection Manager, highlighting challenges faced, actions taken, and outcomes achieved.
- Update the internal credit database and monitoring systems with real‑time information gathered during field interactions.
- Coordinate with the legal department when escalation to legal action becomes necessary, providing all required documentation and evidence.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to client relationship management and to prevent future delinquency.
- Assist in the development of risk‑mitigation strategies by sharing insights gained from on‑ground observations and client feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advanced negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per client specification).
- Valid motorbike and SIM C; personal transportation is essential for field visits.
- Clean SLIK/Bi‑checking record indicating no adverse credit history.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret payment data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior collection experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to be placed in any location within the Jabodetabek area based on domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
