Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven ARO/Kolektor to join our credit management team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining healthy cash flow by overseeing the credit repayment process, conducting on‑site visits to borrowers, and ensuring timely collections. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular control visits to existing borrowers to verify repayment status and assess credit risk.
- Initiate and manage the collection process for overdue accounts, employing courteous yet firm negotiation techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all client interactions, payment agreements, and collection outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and forecasted cash flow for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide feedback on borrower behavior and suggest improvements to credit policies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment information, coordinating with finance to ensure proper posting of receipts.
- Educate borrowers on repayment options, restructuring possibilities, and the benefits of maintaining a positive credit history.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements related to debt collection, consumer protection, and data privacy.
- Utilize a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently throughout the Karawang region, meeting the scheduled visitation calendar.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero or more years of experience in collections, credit control, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, teamwork, and a dynamic attitude.
- Own a motor vehicle and possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
- Willingness to be based in Karawang for the duration of employment.
