- Coordinate scheduling of classrooms, extracurricular activities, and parent‑teacher meetings, ensuring optimal use of facilities.
- Support teachers by organizing teaching materials, copying documents, and managing digital learning platforms.
- Handle routine procurement of office supplies, maintain inventory logs, and liaise with vendors.
- Participate in school events, field trips, and community outreach programs, providing logistical support as needed.
- Uphold the school’s Islamic values by fostering a respectful atmosphere and assisting with religious activities, such as arranging Qur’an recitation sessions.
- Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by senior management to promote operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/S1 in Administration or a related field is preferred.
