Introduction
We are looking for a motivated Operator Press Sublimasi Produksi to join our fast‑growing textile printing facility located in the Kota Baru area of Jambi. The role is critical to ensuring that high‑quality sublimation prints are produced efficiently, safely, and on schedule. As part of a dynamic team, you will work with state‑of‑the‑art heat press machines, maintain strict quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that keep our production line competitive in a demanding market.
Responsibilities
- Operate sublimation heat‑press equipment, setting temperature, pressure, and timing according to job specifications.
- Prepare and load fabric or garment blanks, ensuring proper alignment and cleanliness before each press cycle.
- Monitor machine performance and intervene quickly to correct any deviations that could affect print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the press plates, checking heating elements, and lubricating moving parts.
- Inspect finished products for color fidelity, image clarity, and fabric integrity, documenting any defects and taking corrective action.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including batch numbers, run times, and output quantities, to support traceability.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock of inks, substrates, and consumables.
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and suggest improvements to reduce workplace hazards, especially those related to high‑temperature equipment.
- Support a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that workstations are kept tidy and that all tools are stored properly after use.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to spot even minor imperfections in printed fabrics.
- Proven ability to meet production targets under pressure and within tight schedules.
- Physically fit and able to work safely in high‑temperature environments around press machines.
- Commitment to maintaining fabric cleanliness throughout the pressing process.
- Residence within or near Kota Baru, Kota Jambi, to ensure reliable attendance.
- Prior experience in sublimation or textile press operations is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written instructions and convey issues to supervisors.
