Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of electrical and mechanical goods.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using ERP or warehouse management software, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Perform routine inspections of stored items to verify condition, proper labeling, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and field service teams to fulfill order requests promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, movement, and any discrepancies.
- Oversee the organization of warehouse layout, optimizing space utilization and ensuring easy access to high‑turnover items.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous components and equipment.
- Train junior staff on inventory procedures, documentation, and the use of handling equipment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects such as inventory audits, relocation of stock, and implementation of new warehouse technologies.
- Travel to satellite locations or client sites as required, providing on‑site support and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
- Male, single, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, including handling, storage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Own reliable motor vehicle; a valid driving licence (SIM C mandatory, SIM A preferred).
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain precise records and generate reports.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and loyal with a proven work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; able to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to be mobile, travel out of town, and work flexible hours when project demands arise.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, loading, and moving items up to 25 kg regularly.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software) and a willingness to learn advanced warehouse systems.
