Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and present product offerings to prospective customers across Jakarta Central and South Jakarta.
- Identify and develop cooperative agreements with property owners, RT/RW committees, and multi‑unit housing complexes to increase home‑pass penetration.
- Execute on‑ground branding activities, including distribution of marketing collateral, setting up promotional displays, and organizing community events.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, track leads, and ensure timely follow‑up to convert prospects into active customers.
- Monitor and protect termination rates by providing post‑sale support, troubleshooting issues, and fostering long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide field insights that influence product development and promotional strategies.
- Report daily and weekly activity metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Adhere to a six‑day work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while remaining flexible for occasional weekend events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Management, Communication, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, International Relations, or Public Relations with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Age not exceeding 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet weekly sales targets.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Jakarta Central or South Jakarta for optimal coverage.
- Technical aptitude with large data sets, customer need analysis, and familiarity with IT industry solutions.
- Proficiency in using sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and mobile reporting applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a customer‑centric mindset.
