Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Outlet candidates to join our fast‑growing retail team at the Kantor Cabang Bogor location. As a front‑line representative of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless shopping experience while upholding our standards of professionalism, honesty, and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional signage is up‑to‑date.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks, and store cleanliness.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events to stay current with brand initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, including the option to wear a hijab, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
  • Willingness to wear a hijab or already wearing one.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Reside within the designated placement area (Bogor and surrounding districts).
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Basic proficiency with retail management systems and POS software.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
