Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional signage is up‑to‑date.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks, and store cleanliness.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events to stay current with brand initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, including the option to wear a hijab, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Willingness to wear a hijab or already wearing one.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Reside within the designated placement area (Bogor and surrounding districts).
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and POS software.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
