Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Kurir Motor to join our fast‑growing logistics team covering the Sawangan and Pekapuran areas. As a motor courier, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that parcels and important documents reach our clients safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and small cargo to residential and commercial addresses within the designated zones.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.
- Maintain a clean and well‑serviced motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes, and tires before each shift.
- Handle all required documentation, including delivery receipts, electronic signatures, and incident reports.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety policies, including the proper use of a valid SIM C license.
- Report any vehicle damages, traffic incidents, or delivery discrepancies to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages, verifying the accuracy of each shipment before departure.
- Utilize a smartphone equipped with a minimum of 4 GB RAM to update delivery status in real‑time using our logistics app.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on route changes, new service offerings, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Gender: All genders accepted.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a motor courier or in a similar delivery role.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle) license.
- Own a smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and a stable data connection.
- Strong documentation skills for accurate delivery tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact positively with customers.
- Demonstrated time‑management and organizational skills; ability to meet strict delivery schedules.
- High level of personal integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
