Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, ensuring all cameras are functional and recordings are archived according to protocol.
- Control access points, verify identification of visitors, and manage visitor logs.
- Perform vehicle inspections, enforce parking regulations, and verify driver’s licenses (SIM A) for any on‑site transportation.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and evacuation procedures.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate findings to management.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Assist in crowd management during events, ensuring orderly flow and compliance with safety regulations.
- Carry out routine safety checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
- Provide basic first‑aid assistance and support guests or staff in need of immediate help.
- Participate in regular training sessions on security best practices, conflict de‑escalation, and environmental stewardship.
Requirements
- Male candidate, minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a security or related role (experience as a security guard is a strong plus).
- Physically fit, well‑presented, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Disciplined, responsible, alert, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night hours (06:00 – 21:00).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and competent driving skills.
- Basic proficiency in English for communication with international guests.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a courteous approach to guest interaction.
