We are seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. The successful candidate will act as the face of Kredivo, introducing the convenience of “Beli Sekarang, Bayar Nanti” to merchants and end‑users, while helping them adopt and trust the platform.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users and merchants, understand their payment needs, and recommend Kredivo as a secure, convenient payment method.
- Continuously build and refresh product knowledge to deliver compelling, accurate information during sales pitches.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo app, highlighting key features such as instant credit approval and flexible repayment plans.
- Address and resolve user inquiries, complaints, or technical issues promptly, providing clear guidance on app usage.
- Achieve daily sales and activation targets, accurately documenting activities and submitting comprehensive reports to management.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with merchants, local business owners, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term partnerships.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the product team to help improve Kredivo’s services.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and community outreach events to stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Residency in Merangin with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in using Android smartphones for app demonstrations.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
- Open to all genders; a professional attitude and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.
- Basic knowledge of digital payment ecosystems and a keen interest in fintech innovations.
