Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering meals promptly.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating, and replenishing service stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including table setting, clearing, and waste disposal.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, condiments, and disposables; report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily service targets.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints, escalating more complex issues to management.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and seasonal menu roll‑outs as needed.
Requirements
- Educational background: Open to all education levels (SMA/SMK, D3, S1, or equivalent).
- Age: No upper limit; fresh graduates and experienced workers are both welcome.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with basic store management or POS systems is advantageous.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Physical ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work a six‑day work week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
