Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Demak, Jawa Tengah. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our market reach by promoting company products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a keen understanding of credit processes, ensuring smooth order acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and present the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, capturing initial data, verifying customer information, and preparing complete credit applications.
  • Coordinate with the credit department to monitor the status of each application, promptly communicating approvals or required actions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure timely settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and finance—to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to management, highlighting trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry developments.
  • Adhere to the company’s ethical standards, ensuring honesty, integrity, and compliance in all customer dealings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all fields are welcomed.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates with strong potential are also considered.
  • Proven ability to manage B2C sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
  • Flexibility to work in the assigned domicile area and travel within the territory as needed.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
