Introduction

This role serves as the primary liaison between our existing customers and our product teams, ensuring that users can fully leverage Olsera’s accounting features to drive efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate will combine solid accounting knowledge with strong communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for existing customers regarding Olsera’s accounting module, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding usage.
  • Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and retraining workshops to accelerate adoption and reduce time‑to‑value.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer service teams to translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements.
  • Maintain active relationships with clients, regularly checking in to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Prepare daily activity reports, track key performance indicators such as adoption rates and support resolution times, and communicate progress to management.
  • Stay current with the latest Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK) and any updates to Olsera’s feature set, ensuring customers receive accurate guidance.
  • Assist in the creation of knowledge‑base articles, tutorial videos, and FAQs to empower self‑service among users.
  • Participate in periodic webinars and industry events to represent Olsera and keep abreast of emerging trends in SaaS accounting.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting, audit, customer success, account management, SaaS implementation, or related roles. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems; ability to analyze financial data and interpret PSAK.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written Indonesian (and preferably English) with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that exceed client needs.
  • Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing issues quickly and proposing effective remedies.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team‑oriented, and eager to continuously learn about accounting standards and SaaS advancements.
