As a Beautician / Perawat Klinik Kecantikan & Stem Cell, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients’ confidence and well‑being while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform non‑medical facial and body treatments—including facials, lymphatic massages, body wraps, and anti‑aging protocols—strictly following the clinic’s SOPs.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and arrange all necessary consumables before each session, ensuring a pristine environment.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment outcomes, patient feedback, and any adverse reactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Explain procedures, pre‑ and post‑care instructions, and realistic expectations to clients in a clear, compassionate manner.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dermatologists, and beauty consultants to coordinate follow‑up plans and recommend complementary therapies.
- Uphold the clinic’s brand image by delivering courteous, personalized service and adhering to professional dress code and hygiene standards.
- Participate in weekly case reviews and quality‑control meetings to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking expiration dates of consumables.
- Attend a mandatory two‑month intensive training program covering advanced stem‑cell‑based aesthetic techniques and client management.
- Promote a culture of safety by reporting equipment issues, potential hazards, or protocol deviations immediately to management.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 21‑28 years (all genders welcome to apply for equivalent positions).
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health science field.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) – fresh graduates with a valid registration are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a therapist, beautician, or aesthetic nurse in a reputable clinic.
- Strong passion for aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and patient‑centered care.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, discipline, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, with a proportional physique and good stamina for prolonged standing.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, for record‑keeping and scheduling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to shift schedules, and commit to the PIK 2 location.
- Willingness to submit a recent personal photograph with the application.
