We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Partner – Staff Lapangan who will act as the bridge between our loan program and the local community. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential borrowers, guiding them through Amartha’s capital‑lending programs and ensuring they understand the benefits and responsibilities of participation.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to households, helping them manage finances, improve credit habits, and achieve sustainable growth.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute collection activities with professionalism, ensuring timely repayment while maintaining respectful relationships with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system daily, and report key performance indicators to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, cooperatives, and partner organizations to build trust and expand the outreach network.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to continuously improve product knowledge and field techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for experienced candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to client sites.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, attention to detail, strong communication skills, resilience, and discipline.
- Willingness to work in the field every day, including occasional weekend visits for urgent cases.
- Prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, community outreach, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to use mobile applications for data entry and analysis.
