Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and providing continuous feedback.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts, and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the allocation and efficient use of sales resources, including budgeting for travel, fuel, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations throughout all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role; experience in a supervisory or managerial position is highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 40 years old, though exceptional candidates may be considered.

- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for frequent field visits.

- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
