Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Digital Marketing to join our rapidly expanding Pucang branch. This role is ideal for a creative, tech‑savvy individual who is eager to craft compelling visual content, engage audiences across multiple social platforms, and help drive brand awareness in a vibrant, consumer‑focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns that resonate with our target market, while providing timely responses to customer inquiries through social media and messaging apps.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit eye‑catching promotional videos and posters that align with brand guidelines.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, messages, and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to gather information needed for content creation and campaign messaging.
  • Utilize popular advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to set up, optimize, and report on paid campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to continuously improve strategy.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting offline events or pop‑up activations through digital channels.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar to ensure a steady flow of fresh content throughout the week.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Age: 27 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
  • Experience: Entry‑level (0+ years) – strong portfolio or demonstrable personal projects are a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Hands‑on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their advertising suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a bonus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative on independent projects.
  • Professional appearance and a confident on‑camera presence for video content.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
