Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Akuntansi Profesional to join our finance team in Kab. Grobogan. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, supporting tax compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post daily journal entries ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
- Maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and monitor cash flow to guarantee timely reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate and support the corporate tax function, including calculation, filing, and documentation of VAT, PPh 21/23, and other relevant taxes.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to senior accountants.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to verify invoicing, expense claims, and cost allocations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for complex data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules, explanations, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation or process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Communicate financial insights in clear, concise English to cross‑functional teams and senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or services environment.
- Strong grasp of journal posting, ledger maintenance, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) to prepare reports and correspond with auditors.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, data visualization).
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong ethical standards, confidentiality awareness, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to be based in Kab. Grobogan and travel occasionally to the corporate office if needed.
