Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage existing sales channels to boost revenue and broaden market penetration.
- Conduct regular performance analyses of each channel, using key metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer acquisition cost.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, set pricing structures, and establish promotional initiatives that drive mutual growth.
- Organize and lead training sessions for channel partners to ensure product knowledge, brand consistency, and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing channel performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns that target specific channel audiences, leveraging tools such as email automation, social media advertising, and SEO.
- Maintain a proactive outreach schedule, visiting key partners in the Malang region to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in channel management, sales support, or related business development roles.
- Strong proficiency with communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical mindset – capable of interpreting data, spotting trends, and making data‑driven recommendations.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to partner locations.
